Finding the Oasis

There is a grunginess and nostalgic appreciation shown throughout “Liquid Lady”. In a time where filmmaking has been formulaically perfected, polished and distributed with only it’s shiny parts to show, Liquid Lady invites audiences to slow down and meditate with their discomfort, embracing the imperfections of ourselves. The opinion of Liquid Lady is to not hide behind filter upon filter until all that’s left is a distorted reality but in finding a resolve from what we see in that honest reflection.
